georgia peach?

fall is here and aubrey is in the festive mood...so we have lots of fun
things on the board this week!!  most importantly the peach
the baby is the size of a peach this week.....oooo and i am sure just as
sweet as one too....i was away for a week and a half visiting logan and missy,
and kelly and her new baby, and time has gone by quickly...we are at week 13 already
soon we will know what she is having...not only a baby but what kind....ooooh
any guesses yet??
aubrey is feeling good, craving turkey sandwiches and anything pumpkin....
and to think she's only gained one pound!!!  yeah aubrey!!

i'm plum out of my mind......

i'm not sure if that pooch is from eating too much or from
being a baby bump....but i like it...it won't be long now and we might
know what this baby will be...but in the meantime
we will keep an eye on that tape measure!!!
love listening to aubrey and what she is reading and what
her thoughts are on labor and delivery, nursing, and
naming this little bebe!!
i'm visiting my cousin kelly who just had her sixth baby and it's
a girl...after 5 boys...i'm practicing...loving holding this
little bundle of joy....i don't want to rush this aubrey but....
could you get a move on!!!  lol   just kidding....

count up?

it seems like i have been on countdowns lately....count down to missy and logan's wedding,  count down to my sweet kelly's baby girl being born.....count down till ashlee and patrick come to visit........count down till this week when i see taylor, logan and missy and kelly and sweet paisley and the family, and my friends in ohio....but now....aubrey has given me a count up!!!   to 40...or close.....week 11  picture is here....i'm not sure i can see the 1 lb gain but i looked....can you see it anywhere?  lol

bat boy/girl

how cute is this....i am amazed at the images you get when you use sonography.  this is an image aubrey's dr. caught while doing a trans vaginal ultrasound, wednesday during her first office visit.   doesn't it look like a bat hanging upside down?......i just can't  believe what i am seeing...it's crazy to me...

back in the day you didn't  have these...so you had no clue...but now....even at 11 weeks you can see the arms, legs, heart beating etc.....wow....WOW!!

so ask me what she's having?   today it's a bat!!!  a cute bat eh?

my girl

my little girl....becoming a mommy.....wow...you dream....you hope....you wish....and you pray....sometimes the Lord has plans that you don't understand....sometimes we just have to trust Him with our children....that is what i do with aubrey...she's been tough at times and i know that the Lord is bigger than i am....way bigger than i am...and He has a plan for her....He will finish the work He began in her heart at 5 years old...i am thankful that He has chosen me to be her momma.  i love her with all my heart...and i always will....nothing will ever change that!!

this thing called grammycakes

this is the beginning for me....a new adventure....when

you have children....you don't think about one day

having them grow up, and have children of their own.

you think of them as tiny bundles of joy,  staying with you

forever, never leaving home, snuggling with you

forever!!   but now my children are growing up..and i am

going to be a grammy....what does that mean?  i am

not sure but i know i am excited.  i am anxious, i already

love this little "turtle"  since that is what it looks

like at 10 weeks old.  it's amazing to look at the

sonogram and see something.   back in the day you

just waited till you went into labor to view your baby...

now with a daughter who is a sonographer the little

doesn't get a weeks worth of privacy!!!  can you sonogram

a baby too much?  i don't know...but i think they

like being inside to hide for a bit before being exposed

to this big world..but not this baby...i already have 4

video's of it's heartbeat and it kicking and swimming

around in his/her momma's belly..3 still pictures of

him/her on my frig....what an amazing thing technology is..
